The Governments of Guyana and The Kingdom Of Spain have sign an agreement for Reciprocal Elimination of Visas for Holders of Diplomatic Passports.
This development occurred on Friday. Signing on Guyana’s behalf was Vice President and Minister of Legal Affairs, Mr. Carl Greenidge. He joined with His Excellency Mr. Fernando García Casas, Secretary Of State For International Cooperation and for Ibero-America of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Of Spain.
The agreement between the two territories will essentially ensure that the holders of diplomatic passports of either country will not be required to be holders of visas in order to enter respective countries.
