A private screening of the Guyanese made movie “Echoes from the Plantation” will be held today in the Conference Hall of the Aracari Resort (160 Plantation Versailles, West Bank Demerara).
The movie, slated for screening at 18:30 hrs, is one that commemorating 180 years of Indians in Guyana.
‘Echoes from the Plantation’ is a movie shot at several arresting locations in Guyana, and is films inspired by the history of Indians in Guyana, learned by a young girl as it is passed down from generation to generation.
