Essequibo resident and Social Activist Beatrice Mittleholzer became the fifth winner of the GTT’s Million dollar Smile promotion at the Charity Essequibo leg of the promotion held Monday, December 4, 2017.
Ms. Mittleholzer a mother of two and grandmother of 15 said that she was elated to have won the million dollars since she would donate much of it to address some of the social issues facing the youth and elderly in the Charity Essequibo area.
The winner expressed her thanks to GTT for including the Essequibo Coast in the company’s Million Dollar Smile Campaign.

The promotion next heads to New Amsterdam, Berbice on December, 15 and will return to Georgetown for the Grand Draw on December 18, where four winners will be selected for $1 million each.
The four previous winners were from the Georgetown, Mon Repos and Linden and Bartica communities. This promotion comes as part of GTT’s “Doing More” for customers and communities across Guyana.
