Since taking office in 2015 the APNU+AFC government has announced a $221 billion budget in 2015, $a 230 billion budget in 2016 and a $250 billion budget in 2018. The Finance Minister has boasted the ruling regime being able to present all of its budgets early.

But the parliamentary opposition, The People’s Progressive Party is not impressed by this or any of the other budgets presented by the APNU+AFC government. In fact it has dubbed this budget particularly disastrous since it fails to address the concerns of the people.
