Even as it continues to do more for its customers, GTT yesterday brought down the curtains on yet another promotion that allowed one lucky customer to walk away with an all-expense paid trip for two to Jamaica.
The winner was George Mc Intosh, of Bartica Housing Scheme. He and a companion has the opportunity to visit the beautiful Riu Ocho Rios, Mammee Bay Estate Resort in the island known for its love for Reggae music.
An elated McIntosh said, “I am very excited to have won this trip. I hope everyone is listening and will feel jealous (enough) to ensure they get a GTT sim so that they too can be winners. I love my (mobile) bundles, I enjoy my free minutes and SMS and get real 4G signal.” Nayna Champaneriya of Campbellville, Georgetown and Roxanne Burnett of Zeelught North Housing Scheme, East Bank Essequibo, each won a Samsung Galaxy S8 valued $239,000.
They too were elated and thanked GTT for the opportunity to upgrade to the latest handset.
The promotion which ran for the period May 21 to June 19, 2017, was done in partnership with Fly Jamaica Airways.
According to GTT, the promotion process was a simple one where customers were encouraged to electronically Top Up with a $1,000 or more for a chance to win the trip.
Nadia De Abreu, from GTT, highlighted that the promotion was the third such one held for the year, having done this for Easter and Mother’s Day.
“GTT continues to find ways to Do More for customers. This promotion not only offered our customers an opportunity to upgrade to the latest handsets, but together with Fly Jamaica Airways we have six happy customers taking along someone special on an all-inclusive trip to Jamaica for for days and three nights.”
Carl Bowen of Fly Jamaica Airways lauded the opportunity to partner with GTT to give back to customers. “We are Guyanese and GTT is Guyanese and we always welcome any Guyanese onboard,” he said.
