GTT Live Chat feature to address customers’ concerns

As part of its efforts to keep doing more for customers, GTT has made it easier to do business by adding a Live Chat feature with which customers can chat with a GTT customer experience agent through GTT’s website or Facebook.

The Live Chat feature is fast and easy and eliminates having to wait in a long queue, GTT announced today. Customers can simply go to “Chat with us”, on the bottom right corner of the company’s website, gtt.co.gy to begin chatting with GTT agents who will address any customer experience issues.

Agents are available from 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday and for afterhours messages can be left which agents will address.
