Guyana has been tasked with making a presentation at the fourth Compliance Aid: Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Crimes Conference and the second Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Crimes [AMLFC] Institute Conference which commenced April 18 and will conclude on April 20, 2018 in Miami, Florida.
Taking the leading is Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Mr. Basil Williams, S.C., M.P and Chairman of CFATF who is expected to present on “FinTech effects on the changing role of the Compliance Officer”.
The Compliance Aid Conference is an annual event which focuses on Anti-Money Laundering, Countering the Financing of Terrorism, and Financial Crimes Prevention. It is the only conference that targets regulated entities of the Americas.
