Surendra Nauth, owner of Nauth Motor Spares of 24 Sheriff Street, Georgetown answered the call for assistance for Darshanie Lall. The young scholar from Cotton Field in the Cinderalla County of Essequibo, is heading to the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad and Tobago and needed financial assistance to complete her law programme which is very expensive for the average Guyanese.

Tavindranand Nauth, Managing Director of Nauth Motor Spares and Son of its owner, hands over the financial aid to Darshanie Lall.
When the request was made, Nauth responded favorably without hesitation.
At a simple but significant ceremony held at the store recently, General Manager of the Motor Spares giant and son of the owner said that the family is pleased to assist in this worthy cause. He added that this is a way of giving back to the people in the community. He wished Lall good luck in her studies.
In response, Lall was elated and thanked the sponsor for his timely intervention. She said that the cash amounting to approximately US$5,000 will be used as part of her entrance fee to cover tuition fees, accommodation, books and other necessities. She promised to excel to make everyone proud including the Nauth family. She encouraged everyone in the three counties, especially from Berbice and Essequibo to support the business so that it can grow and give back to similar cause.
