The National Communications Network Inc NCN Inc is pleased to announce the rebranding of one its FM frequencies 100.1
Vybz 100.1 will officially go on air from 6hrs on Monday 11th December featuring a mixture of experienced broadcasters and contemporary popular personalities along with a lineup of versatile deejays.
The station is targeted for listeners14-60 years and the programming lineup will be vibrant.
Week days will begin with the Digicel Morning Vibes with DJ Casual and Selector Seen up followed by The Wickedee show with city councilor Malcolm Ferreira and DJ Ackeem. Other shows that you can’t afford to miss include HashTag Trending with Janelle Persaud and ZJ Ice, Shadyville with Jocelle Archibald and DJ Anisa, Afternoon Attitude with Basil Bradshaw and the Mixx doctor and Sports Vybz with RawleToney, Mia Ritchie and Selector Andre. The Big People show with veteran broadcaster Margaret Lawrence and theatre great Desiree Edgill together with Selector LJ will look at Love and issues for those over 50 years on Tuesday and Friday from 20hrs while Up late with popular Guyanese comedian – ChowPow- is also on the line up on the Vybz station.
Weekends will feature the likes of Kester D while new and upcoming presenters and deejays will be allowed to showcase their talents.

The rebranding of the station comes after a Retreat of Board, Management and Staff was held earlier this year from which concepts of new programming for all stations were derived. 100.1 is the first of the three radio stations to be rebranded Tune in from Monday December 11, to 100.1 Vybz FM.
