GPL customers to start receiving re-designed bills

The Guyana Power and Light Inc. is working to continually deliver an improved quality of service to customers. This is according to a information released by the organisation today.

As part of its improvement effort, GPL said that some customers will begin to receive a re-designed post paid bill for their next billing cycle.

This re-designed bill aims to enhance the presentation of customers’ billing information for improved understanding. This initiative will be fully implemented in 2019.
